We support people who show hunger, spark, or heart — regardless of their background or privilege. If they’re ready to back themselves, we’ll help back them too.

Tony Kilduff

Business strategist & entrepreneur, with a long-standing track record across multiple commercial sectors.
Keith Wood

Former Ireland & Lions International Rugby Player. A passionate advocate for youth development and high performance culture.
Kevin Moran

Dual-code sportsman, former Manchester United & Republic of Ireland footballer, and All-Ireland GAA Champion with Dublin. Brings deep knowledge of sport and the power of cross-disciplinary discipline.
